Ava's 3D printing

This is my 3D printing I made a I phone 6 case.So first I had to get a box then I used fillet to narrow the sides down, and then there is the chamfer that is when the sides are Straight and the corners are sharp.Once I did that I put A hole in the middle of the phone so you could see the logo,and then I also put a couple of holes in the sides so you can turn the phone off and turn the volume up and down.

In class for reading we had to do a Question and Answer I read three books fruit salad,hunted house and the brave monkey pirate.

Counting in maori

This week was maori language week I learnt how to count from one to twenty ono to rua tekau. We made a slide on how to count from one to one-hundred. My job was to learn all the numbers in maori and Isla did the recording.

3-D Printing

This week our class has been using 3-D printers The first week our design we had to do was our name and this week we could do what ever we want so I did a key ring that says Butter. We created our creations on tinker-cad.

For our library at school our class got into groups.And we had to write books. I was in a group with Isla Reagan and Brody.

The three Musketeers

This week we had Matariki week. We had to get into groups to make a stop motion. I grouped up with Isla and reagan. We based it on Maui and the sun.

3 Way Conference

Last night we had three way conferences and the purpose is it being led by students. The three stands for student parent teacher. I shared my learning with my mum following the slides that I have created. I was really nervous at first but I was happy that I shared with my mum.
